To assure this, every interaction through this platform is performed with absence of unsupported judgments and enforced with an understanding of intersectionality. All potential, new, and current team members are required to be assessed and guided through in-depth training that intel traits of an inclusive colleague, understanding common types of bias, and how to redirect unconscious bias in any given situation.

As a result of unconscious bias, we as people tend to automatically make decisions and process information quickly. Such actions can lead to negative stereotypes of certain demographics of people and influence our interactions and encounters. In addition to all other biases, this bias will not be tolerated or exercised through this platform.
